Store Policy



Due to the current pandemic there may be delays in shipping depending on the customs regulations in your area. Please be mindful when ordering, that some delays are out of my control or that packages could take longer to arrive than usual. As of now all orders do have DELAYED shipping times, as my post office is over 1 hour away so I can not go as often as usual. Please keep this in mind while ordering as well. Products ordered may not ship until the following week or even two weeks, depending on my next drop off time. I will not cancel orders because It did not show up up time if you do not account for this extra delay.

Please read the item descriptions carefully! Please contact me if there are any problems with your order. I am a mom of 2 kids and run this shop all by myself so I do make mistakes! I will gladly fix any error made on my part.

If you ship the item(s) back to me, I can offer a refund (excluding cost of shipping/ fees ) or exchange (with payment of shipping fee). 

Any refunds will be minus payment processor fees if deemed appropriate.


Packages going outside of Canada will be shipped through Chit Chats. 

Processing time can vary but orders are usually dropped off Every Friday. Please note, that during sales, shop updates, etc. processing times may take a little bit longer. 

Please wait 4 weeks from the date of shipping before contacting me about missing/lost packages.

If you purchased tracking, and the item says DELIVERED, but you did not receive it. Please try to resolve this with your local post office before contacting me.

I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/etc. that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations.

Shipping times do not apply to Pre-Order Items (example: If you pay for 3 day express post shipping on a pre order item, it will ship that fast once it's been received in stock, but pre order items are yet to be made and will take 6-8+ weeks before arriving, depending on the product.)

Canadian orders: Items can be reshipped once it is returned as long as the shipping is paid again. If a refund is preferred, you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus the shipping fee initially paid. Some items are shipped with chit chats.

CANADA (shipped with chit chats) USA or International orders: The package can only be returned to sender if a $5 CAD fee is paid to get the package reshipped back into Canada. Once the package is returned, I can resend the package to you with the appropriate payment ($5 return fee plus a new postage fee). Failure to pay the $5 return fee will result in your package not being returned—I cannot provide a refund, reshipment or exchange in this scenario. 

I can combine your orders and refund the shipping overage! Just shoot me a message with the orders you'd like to combine. If you place an second order but do not leave me a note I will not know to combine orders and they will ship separately.  


**PRE ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED if I have already paid the deposit to my manufacturer. This policy is what keeps prices as low as possible, please do not order a pre order item unless you are sure and ready for the cost/time commitment it takes to make the product. 

If you purchase a pre-order pin/Item, please expect to wait at least 4-10 weeks (possibly longer). There is a risk that it could take longer if there are delays/issues out of my control. I post updated on my instagram all the time so please follow me HERE to stay up to date. If you wish for your in stock items to be shipped ASAP, please check them out separately.

If you order a pre-order items and an in-stock item at the same time they will ship TOGETHER unless you place two separate orders for them.

Delays can also apply to kickstarters. If there is a delay I can not offer a refund as the funds all go towards producing the product. 


There is no guarantee that I will be restocking sold out pins. Keep up to date on restocks and new releases by following me on Instagram!


I will honour price adjustments if the promotion happened within 48 hours of your order and you contact me directly within that 48 hour period. 

Promotional codes cannot be combined. 
No price adjustments will be done for: Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales. 
Promos do NOT apply to pre-orders unless otherwise specified. 


Please remember that pins are handmade items. There is no such thing as a perfect pin. 

Standard Grade
: Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as:
> Tiny stray glitter specs
> Superficial tiny bubbles in enamel or epoxy coating
> Imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin
> Superficial scratches to metal surfaces
> Superficial paint drops or spreading into other enamel
> Slightly lower fills in minor areas
> Other imperfections that are only visible upon extremely close-up inspection and/or when light hits the pin at a specific angle
> Slightly misaligned screen printing

Seconds Grade: Multiple minor and/or major defects. May exhibit any of the imperfections listed above and/or below
> Peeling enamel or missing enamel
> Wrong colour enamel
> Heavy scratching on enamel or metal plating
> Tarnish of metal plating
> Other unexpected problems
> Misaligned screen printing

Flaws differ between each pin and will be chosen at random. When you purchase a pin, you agree to accept the item AS IS according to the above grading system. 

Seconds may not come with a backing card.

Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your screen.

Every maker grades differently. I do not have a "perfect" or "collectors" grade and all imperfections are to be judged at my discretion.
